Definitions

"The Candidate": The person using this site for career related purposes.
"The Employer": The person using this site for recruitment purposes.
1.1 Rock Recruitment is providing this site on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, Rock Recruitment makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Rock Recruitment howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.1 Rock Recruitment reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the site (including the services offered by Rock Recruitment) and these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the site and by continuing to use the site following any such change the Candidate will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.
4.1 Information will be collected and recorded in accordance with the privacy policy. The candidate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
4.2 The Candidate is liable to be contacted by the Employer without intervention from Rock Recruitment.
4.3 Employers may only use information supplied by us for the purposes of recruiting and shall not disclose any information to any third parties other than those directly related to the recruitment process of the candidate.
4.4 Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.
5.1 Rock Recruitment does not discriminate against anyone registered to or using the Rock Recruitment website. We try to ensure that all possible measures are taken to prevent any vacancies advertised or searches do not discriminate against age, disabilities, gender or race. The search tools in place on the site do not have the functionality to exclude any candidates with disabilities. It is down to the users themselves to ensure they comply with discrimination laws.
